New Recipe: Green Beans Almondine

With spring almost here, it’s the perfect time to create fresh, veggie filled recipes. Try our easy, Green Beans Almondine. This side dish is a perfect weeknight side-dish, or a great accompaniment to a salad for lunch, or even a quiche for breakfast.


Green Beans Almondine

  • 2 Cups Green Beans
  • 1/4 Cup Almonds
  • 1 tbsp truffle oil


  • Bring a large pot of water to a rapid boil
  • Add grean beans, salt, and cook for 3-5 minutes
  • Once tender, use a colander to drain green beans
  • In a sauté pan, drizzle olive oil. Once hot, add almonds. Toast until golden brown
  • Add a drizzle of truffle oil to green beans
  • Add almonds to grean beans, and serve hot
  • Enjoy!
