It’s the Holiday Season, and here at FIOR we are here to keep you on track. Between holiday treats, parties, fellowship, and more; it can be really tricky to keep your weight on track. We hope our tips help, but also remember: enjoy yourself!
1.) Organize Workout Times

When you stay committed to yourself, you stay committed to your time. Carve out the best time of day for a sweat drenching workout. Try to workout atleast 3-4 times a week. This routine will keep you motivated and on top of your game.
2.) Eat Smaller Meals

Spread out the normal three meals a day with five smaller meals. This will be great for your metabolism. as well as spreading out your calories during the day, keeping you full.
3.) Vitamin D Is a Must!

Vitamin D, and getting overall exposure to sunlight can do a lot for weight loss. Decreasing levels of Vitamin D can result to fatigue, as well as low energy, and weight gain.
4.) Organize Fridge & Pantry

By just organizing your fridge and pantry, you can be more aware of the foods you are buying. You can also make more concious food choices by using the staple ingredients that you already have. We love pantry recipes here at FIOR. Get creative, you never know what you can create!
5.) Have a Party Plan

It’s important to indulge, but you must have a plan. When in the position to consume more calories, be more concious of the calories consumed before you attend an event. By doing this, you can allow yourself to have the treats you would like because you would have already made the plans to eat healthier beforehand.
In conclusion, enjoy yourself! Stay aware and keep a plan. It is the Holiday Season afterall!
